We are proud to be featuring our work at Ontario Northland on 555 Oak Street in our hometown, North Bay, Ontario. This project consisted of window replacements at the east elevation of the building.
It was Northland Glass & Metal’s job to fabricate, supply and install the aluminum windows for six floors on the east elevation. That’s a total of 84 units!

But what makes this project truly special? The windows used for this project are energy efficient with low “E” glass. This helps reduce the heat transfer by lowering the amount of the energy needed to heat or cool the space. This helps the client reduce greenhouse gasses.
This project was completed in July 2019.
